Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TgLinkCheck (the "Service" at tglinkcheck.com and our browser extension). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

TgLinkCheck lets you check Telegram links. For each link you submit, we read its public Telegram preview and return its status (active, private, dead, banned, or unverifiable), type, member count and detected language. Results are provided on a best-effort basis from public data (see Section 7).

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• One person or entity per account. Do not share Pro access or resell it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, defraud, spam or harm others;
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or bypass limits or security of the Service;
• Resell or redistribute the Service as your own without permission;
• Use results in a way that violates applicable laws or the terms of Telegram or any third party.

The Service only reads publicly available Telegram preview data. You are responsible for how you use the results.

4. Free and Pro plans

The free plan lets you check a limited number of links on screen. Pro unlocks file upload, higher per-check limits, and CSV export. Current plans and prices are on our Pricing page and may change; changes will not affect the plan you have already paid for during its current term.

5. Payments, subscriptions and auto-renewal

• Subscriptions are sold and processed by our Merchant of Record, Creem, who handles billing, receipts and applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Creem's terms.
• Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Your Pro access remains until the end of the period you already paid for.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Because we rely on public Telegram previews, some links cannot be fully resolved and are marked "unverifiable"; results may be incomplete or change over time. We do not warrant that results are accurate, complete, or uninterrupted, and you should not rely on them as the sole basis for any decision.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TgLinkCheck and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

10. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
